What We’re Looking For:
As a krowdsourced product expert, we are looking for a highly organized person who is driven to accomplish our mission and work as part of our strong and dedicated team. As a krowdsourced product expert, you will be primarily responsible for meeting with manufacturers and learning about products, specifically interior materials. Then, using existing tools and systems, this role will be responsible for extending your knowledge to our customer base. This will involve uploading product data to the website, fulfilling research requests, and responding to general customer service inquiries. This is a highly valued role and it is integral to our growth and mission. We also deeply value confidentiality and it is mandatory that you can be a trusted, confidential person. The role will involve immense product organization, data entry, and quality control. We’re looking for a team-oriented individual with an incredible eye for detail and a creative mindset that can easily adapt to change.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

■ Post secondary education – any level
■ 1-3 years of experience in commercial architecture or interior design industry
■ Familiarity with and knowledge of interior building materials and their properties
■ Skilled at visually inspecting materials and identifying attributes, type of manufacturing, technical characteristics, etc
■ Empathetic personality with an eye to customer service
■ Open to change and flexible with changing priorities
■ Robust skills at information collection and management
■ The desire and passion to learn about new materials and processes
■ Detail oriented and highly organized, attention to minutiae and detail
■ Decision making and problem solving skills
■ Confidentiality
■ Proficient at information/data collection, management, and analysis.
■ Excellent oral and written communication skills
■ Persistence and tenacity
■ Excellent PC and MAC skills (Google Suite), with the ability to learn new software
■ Ability to comprehend and adhere to all company wide and department specific policies and procedures
■ Need a valid driver’s license
