The ideal candidate will bring up to two years of interior design experience, with an enthusiasm for the design process, an ambition to learn and grow and a commitment to actively contributing to our creative and equitable firm culture.
Qualifications
– 0-2 years of professional interior design experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
– Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
– Excellent visual, verbal and written communication
– Ability to meet project deadlines in a collaborative team environment and complete a multitude of tasks
– Self-motivated with strong organization and time management
Roles and Responsibilities
The Interior Desig position will typically:
– Utilize skills to create clear drawings, diagrams and renderings
– Research and assist with building material palettes with a focus on healthy material criteria
– Collaborate with manufacturers and acquire physical samples
– Collaborate with team members to develop the design and meet technical goals
– Assist in the research and specification of furniture
